How to delete your account

In the WA-B mobile app, open More → Your data & account → Delete my account, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account. You must be signed in as the account owner.

Your storefront and WhatsApp bot stop straight away. Your data is then permanently erased after a 14-day waiting period, which exists so a mistaken or unauthorised request can be stopped. To change your mind, open the same screen before that date and tap Cancel deletion.

Can't sign in, or don't have the app? Email privacy@skesghana.com from an address you control with the subject "Delete my WA-B account", including your registered WhatsApp number and business name. We verify the request against the number on file before acting on it.

What gets deleted

• Your business profile, owner name, and account credentials (API keys and your linked Clerk login, which is where any passkeys you've added live).
• Your product catalog, categories, and inventory records.
• Your orders, order history, and delivery records.
• Your customer records: names, phone numbers, addresses, and conversation history collected through your bot.
• Billing and subscription history.
• Devices registered for push notifications.

Some records may be retained briefly beyond deletion where we're legally required to (for example, financial transaction records for tax/audit purposes), but they're removed from active use and from your account immediately.

Timeframe

Deletion started in the app is carried out automatically 14 days after you request it. Requests sent by email are verified first and then handled within 30 days; you'll get a confirmation once it's done.

Partial deletion

If you only want a specific customer's data removed (for example, a customer asks you to erase their information), email the same address with the customer's WhatsApp number and we'll remove just that customer's records instead of your whole account.
