Questions we get before the first cedi.

How is billing actually charged?

A Hubtel MoMo prompt is sent to your registered number on the 1st of every month. Approve on your phone. That's it. We never store your MoMo PIN.

What if a payment fails?

We retry with exponential backoff (8 attempts). You get a WhatsApp reminder 3 days before billing, on the day, and after each failure. Your service stays on for 3 grace days, then suspends. You can pay any time by texting PAY.

Can I switch plans?

Yes: text UPGRADE or DOWNGRADE. Changes are pro-rated to the rest of the period.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fee on any plan. We help you onboard for free during the 14-day trial.

Are transaction fees included?

The plan price is your platform fee. Customer-side payment processing fees (Paystack/Hubtel) are passed through at cost, typically 1.5% for MoMo, 2.95% for cards in Ghana.

Do you offer NGO or student pricing?

Yes: registered Ghanaian NGOs and student-run businesses get 50% off any plan. Email hello@wa-b.com with your registration document.
